Jordan R. Hammer

Whether he is representing fiduciaries or beneficiaries in administrative matters or acting as a litigator in disputed cases, Jordan is unwavering in his personal dedication and tireless in his professional efforts to provide the best legal representation possible.  An experienced attorney involved in all phases of probate, trust, and guardianship administration, and litigation, he tailors his counsel to best serve the specific needs of each client he has the privilege to represent.

It is inherent in Jordan’s practice to represent clients who are struggling with tremendous emotional grief and pain, and he takes to heart the role he can play in walking them through such challenges. The feeling of seeing a client’s situation improve—whether financially, emotionally, or otherwise— is a source of great personal satisfaction for Jordan, personally and professionally. When not working with his clients, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife, Lizzie, and his two young children.

In addition to earning the trust and gratitude of his clients, Jordan has been recognized by his peers for his professionalism, skill, and commitment, and has been named him to SuperLawyers’ “Rising Stars” list for two consecutive years.
