William, known to friends and clients as “Bill,” brings extensive experience to his role at Wiggin and Dana. With a focus on trust and estate administration, minor guardianship administration, and associated litigation, Bill is dedicated to finding practical solutions that steer clear of unnecessary courtroom battles.

Starting his career at a prominent full-service litigation firm representing Fortune 100 and 500 companies, Bill developed a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to legal representation. Now, he represents clients in various fiduciary capacities, advocating for beneficiaries of estates and trusts, assisting claimants seeking recovery from estates and trusts, and guiding trust companies in managing high net worth trusts.

Bill earned his J.D. summa cum laude from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, distinguishing himself as Lead Technical Editor of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law and Executive Justice of Academics in the Moot Court Society. Drawing from this academic and professional experience, Bill approaches each case with precision and empathy, tailoring strategies to meet the nuanced needs and emotions inherent in probate and trust/estate litigation.

His clients describe him as responsive, compassionate, and committed to crafting personalized solutions rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach. Actively engaged in the legal community, Bill is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and the Broward County Bar Association.

Beyond his legal practice, Bill is deeply involved in community service, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County, Inc., and contributing to the Adele Bradley Foundation, Inc., which honors Adele Marie Bradley’s legacy through charitable initiatives and scholarships for Palm Beach County high school seniors who show perseverance in the face of adversity.

When he’s not advocating for his clients or giving back to the community, Bill enjoys quality time with his wife and their daughter. He unwinds by hitting the golf course, going for runs, and supporting local sporting events in South Florida and the vibrant Boca Raton community.
